Ward was the first child born to MonroeLouisianaon 15 April, 1976. Ward went to Monroe Christian School, a Christian private elementary school. She attended Ouachita High School for her second year of studies. She then transferred into River Oaks High School after the summer. She attended Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. Ward started modeling at the age of thirteen, leaving her school to move to New York. In the years following she made the decision to pursue acting. Her first role was uncredited in 1970s in the soap opera All My Children. Later she was a part of the short-lived teen drama on NBC's prime time Malibu Shores. Ward landed her first role in the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera, where she played the romantically virginal Meg Cummings. In 1999she began to pursue an acting career in the film industry, starring as her psychotic Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd. In theaters the film was unsuccessful, however it enjoyed some success in cable and on DVD. Ward appeared on screen in Shallow Hal in the year that followed, and was a supporting character. Other credits for her acting include numerous direct-to-DVD films and appearances in television programs, like Friends. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of an unnamed gymna in the ABC Family Drama series Make It or Break It as a member in the principal cast for the show's first two seasons. In her personal life she married producer David C. Robinson and she had a son called Cameron with him.
